I decided to review as many pho places in Seattle as I can. I will use the same system with each so they can be easily compared. Pho Dac Biet Broth (Salty style): 5/5 Meat portion: 5/5 Meat Freshness: 2/5 (Sometimes meatballs or flank will have a funky old taste and both had that) Noodles: 4/5 (yeah the noodles are pretty much all the same but sometimes they are over cooked and soft and sometimes they are the weird wide one which is no good. These ones were fine) Ambiance/cleanliness: 3/5 Stay tuned for more pho reviews.

Food wise, one of our favorite Vietnamese spots in Seattle though we haven't tried very many dishes. We usually get beef phở and bánh xèo (pork and shrimp crepe).

Stopped by Thanh Thao for a late lunch on Sunday. The 3 of us ordered 1 pho, 2 bun combos, and a spring roll. Spring roll was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. The pho seemed to be packed with meat! So definitely a plus. For my bun combo, flavors were there. Meat was a bit on the drier/tough end, but still good. Food took awhile to come out, but was piping hot (so it was probably waiting on the meat). All in all, good spot for the area. Probably prefer Renton Bistro, but if I'm in the area, I will definitely want to try out their pho since it looked loaded with protein. Parking is easy to find in the lot. Staff is friendly.
